In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods you receive from halalsweeties.com, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please state clearly what the problem is and we will action accordingly.
Please note that all despatched products leave our premises fully packaged and in perfect condition. We cannot be held responsible for damaged goods whilst in transit or in climatic conditions.

We will respond to complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days. Any customer details passed to us are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process.
The complaint will be recorded. We will put in place a resolution for resolving any dispute and inform you of all measures being taken to prevent a recurrence of the complaint.
You may register your complaint by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter.
We will always aim to deliver the goods you have requested and if the product you have chosen is not available we will substitue it for an alternative product.. Please note on certain product lines i.e. Traditional sweets (mithai) and Gift Packs we will deliver an assortment of the products.
For the chocolates assortments we use only Lindt, Guylian and Duc d’O products. For mithai we only use Royal and Ambala Sweets.
Please note all transactions will be carried out in sterling.
To our European customers we offer Euro pricing on our products but the payments will be accepted in sterling only. If you are ordering from a non-UK address, your debit card company will apply the relevant foreign exchange rate and charges.
We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Switch, Electron and Solo.
We sanction debit card payments before we package your order so please ensure that you key in the correct details to avoid any delays in processing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. We require you to supply the registered address of the Credit/Debit Cardholder, which is used to validate your order with your selected Credit Card Company. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending the supply of the correct details.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation page. The displayed price is the amount in sterling pounds that you will pay. Your debit card will be debited on the day your order is despatched.
You can also pay by cheque (drawn in Sterling on a UK Bank), Postal Order (PO) and an International Money Order (IMO) (drawn in Sterling). All cheques, POs and IMOs should be made out to Yummy Sweets Ltd. However, please note goods will not be despatched until the monies are cleared. Please note that you should not send cash through the post.
We care about your Card security when shopping with us on the Internet. We use Paypal to take secure encrypted on-line payments and at no time do we have access to your debit card details.
The Paypal payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Paypal internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
Due to the wide range of suppliers and manufacturers we deal with and the size and variety of our own stock holding, we are unable to confirm with 100% certainty whether any products do or do not definitely contain nuts or traces of nut product.
Sweets that use animal ingredients -we have confirmation from our manufacturers and suppliers of all products being halal. The animal is slaughtered in accordance with Islamic methods. Our aim is to supply only halal products and we rely on the manufacturers and suppliers to advise us of the products being halal.
All other products are suitable for a vegetarian diet and do not contain any alcohol.
